i) To take dictation from the Officer Incharge, transcribe and type it.
ii) To maintain all the record of incoming and outgoing files/letters.
iii) To keep record of the schedule of meetings held in the office.
iv) To keep record of incoming and outgoing telephone calls in the presence and absence of the Officer Incharge.
(i) Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree from a University recognized by HEC. (ii) Minimum shorthand speed: 100 w.p.m. and typing speed: 50 w.p.m. (iii) Must be computer literate..
