The Anne Dias Griffin and Kenneth C. Griffin Harvard University Fellowships support students from France who are enrolling in a full time master’s degree program at the:
- Harvard Business School
- Harvard Kennedy School
- or the joint-degree program between these two schools
Applicants should be long-term residents of France with significant connection to the country.
Recipients will be selected for their outstanding leadership potential and academic achievement. The Awards will cover a portion of the cost of attendance and will be renewable for each year of the degree program, up to two years. The Fellowships are made possible by the generosity of the Anne Dias Griffin and Kenneth C. Griffin Harvard University Fellowship Fund.
The recipients will be known as Dias Fellows. They will be invited to join a network of fellows and to participate in events hosted by Anne Dias Griffin. Fellowship funding is not linked to participation; however, recipients are encouraged to consider this network as a benefit for their future careers.
Fellowship applicants must apply to and be accepted to an academic degree program at the university independently from this fellowship application. Admissions applications should be submitted prior to submitting a fellowship application. Admission to the university does not guarantee a fellowship award. All applicants who wish to be considered for financial aid must follow the separate procedures and deadlines outlined by the Harvard school in which they hope to enroll.
The online application requires the following materials:
- Application form
- Resume or Curriculum Vitae
- Statement of Purpose:
- In a short essay of 500 words, please discuss your plan of study at Harvard University and how it relates to your career goals.
The deadline to submit the online application and all supplemental materials is March 1, 2020. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Questions about the academic programs at the Harvard Kennedy School or the Harvard Business School, or the admissions procedures or guidelines, should be directed to the admissions offices of the school. Links to each Harvard school may be found on the Harvard University homepage.
